I am interested in more information about 532nm CW lasers.
What we are specifically looking for is a green laser, 5 Watts or greater, for potential use in a military application. The proof-of-concept prototype uses an 8 watt self-contained Coherent TracER laser (kept inside a vehicle), with a few meters of optical fiber running to the output lens (outside the vehicle). We will likely be building some additional prototypes of this system in the very near future, and are evaluating alternatives to the $50k Coherent laser.
Do you have options for ruggedized versions of the 532nm lasers, and what are the temperature specs? (The Coherent upper limit on temp is only 35C, whereas all the other components in the system can handle >40C)
We would need the full 5 to 10 watts into a fiber. Unless, of course, we mounted the laser head outside the vehicle, but the ruggedization/weatherproofing requirements get substantially more severe in that case.
Size, weight, and price are also factors we have to consider (smaller is better).

DMPF6 certainly fits this description and we can offer a fibre coupled
solution with a 400um core.
The DPSS DMPF6 has been tested for aerospace applications under extreme environmental conditions (beyond -10 deg C and >40 deg C) without active cool (only the 8W and 10W required cooling).
I understand that the Tracer has much lower specs than the DPSS DMPF6, however for 8W we can beat the $50k price.
